Treviso è come una stella sfortunata perché trovandosi troppo vicina all'abbacinante stella veneziana ne subisce l'eccessiva luminosità. Imparando a conoscerla invece la si apprezza per quella sua atmosfera placida e sorniona che col tempo riesce a conquistare un suo degno posto nel cuore del visitatore. Per farlo, dovete scendere dal ponte e percorrere la passerella che conduce al Giardino Diritti dei Bambini; qui avrete modo di osservare come è stato costruito il ponte con le annesse Mura e tutto il sistema di chiuse che regolavano il flusso d’acqua. NB: per accedere fin qui, ricordate che i due cancelli d’entrata sono aperti negli orari di apertura del Giardino. La parte superiore del ponte, invece, è percorsa da una strada cittadina ed è sempre accessibile: dal parapetto riuscite a vedere il sistema di chiuse.
