★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy esp at after a walk at night for a cold beer or a sandwich in the warm months and an espresso in the winter. Sitting here one can marvel at the Pyramid of Cestius dating from the 1st C BC, behind which is also the graveyard where the poet Keats is buried and a WW2 cemetery for allied troops. Next to it one can view the ancient Roman gate, Porta Ostiensis (Porta San Paolo) from the 4th C AD which led to Ostia, the Aurelian Wall dating from the 3rd C AD and the Tram and metro station of Pyramide and the Ostia-Lido train station for trains to Ostia. The bar cum cafe has a lovely outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the sunshine in the winter and the breeze in spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar itself is nice, good tables and music selection and relaxed atmosphere for... however, the guy will definitely try to overcharge you. He asked for 16 Euro for a beer, an aperol spritz and a shot, which is absurd. After pointing out the out his own prices he agreed on 13. I get that times are tough and but come on, don't get do sth like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this place. Food and coffee are very good and place is amazing. You eat or drink with view on antique and medieval remains. Pyramid and San Paul's city gate. Metro station is just few meters away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabrizio was awesome… he’s on in the evenings. Super hospitable…. Ask his for his special hot chocolate… it’s Nutella with whip cream. And the pizzas are awesome

Food good , service good and I thought the prices were fair compared to central Rome.
Would definitely go back!
