Si vede da lontano la modifica della foto, ed era solo una foto, carini che siete mi avete messo anche il rossetto... Vi avevo avvisato delle recensioni rispondendomi a voce che non era un problema perche avete tantissimi clienti... Cmq ci tengo a precisare che la vostra risposta è inesatta in quanto il lavoro ai miei denti non era stato fatto da un altro dentista, ma sempre da VOI. Dopo l’errore e dopo avervelo fatto presente e anche dopo avervi detto che potevo contribuire economicamente, sono uscita dal vostro studio con i denti corti ed un lavoro completamente da RIFARE per la terza volta. Mi trovavo a Roma per poche settimane, e avendo necessità impellente di rivolgermi ad un dentista, non conoscendo nessuno avevo paura di incappare in qualche fregatura o qualche operatore poco professionale. Mi presento allo studio per un semplice controllo, poiché avvertivo un dolore all'altezza dei molari. Gentilissima l'assistente Marianna che mi accompagna subito a fare un'ortopanoramica, consegnata successivamente alla Dott.ssa Massa per visionarla. Dopo qualche minuto vengo chiamato e fatto accomodare e la dottoressa stessa spiega il mio problema. Avevo una parodontite che rischiava di essere acuta e quindi bisognava intervenire subito. Viene chiamato il Dott. Mangani, che con la sua professionalità e bravura si é adoperato subito e alla fine mi ha messo i punti di sutura per la incisione. Il tutto senza sentire il minimo dolore. Volevo fare i complimenti alla Dott.ssa Massa per la cura che ha avuto a scegliere ogni singolo specialista per ogni singolo settore all'interno del suo staff, dal desk ai medici chirurghi, per la loro gentilezza, professionalità e bravura nel loro lavoro. L ho consigliato a molte persone che conosco, le quali sono state contentissime per i lavori svolti a loro. I had periodontitis that was in danger of being acute and therefore it was necessary to intervene immediately. Dr. Mangani is called, who with his professionalism and skill worked immediately and in the end he put the sutures for the incision. All without feeling the slightest pain. I wanted to congratulate Dr. Massa for the care she had in choosing every single specialist for every single sector within her staff, from the desk to the surgeons, for their kindness, professionalism and skill in their work. Mi sono trovata benissimo sia per la pulizia dei denti che per l'estrazione del molare inferiore...la dottoressa (che prima mi ha coccolata con un succo) mentre praticava l'intervento mi spiegava ogni procedimento tranquillizzandomi per ogni momento dell'operazione. La gengiva sta benissimo... Mano ferma e decisa. Consigliatissimo! A welcoming, professional, attentive and economical studio.
