★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti i prodotti presenti nella birreria sono artigianali e solo prodotti nel Molise e scelti maniacalmente dai titolari. La cucina è quella tipica di una volta, con inserti di fantasia e modernità. Si riscoprono i gusti di una volta. Un locale che si produce tutto( carne, formaggi, birra,...) e non c'è presenza minimamente di prodotti della grande distribuzione, merita un 5 stelle per la forza e il coraggio dei titolari. Ho provato il piatto della casa accompagnata da un'ottima birra artigianale. Un tripudio di sapori.
All the products in the brewery are artisanal and only produced in Molise and maniacally chosen by the owners. The cuisine is typical of the past, with inserts of fantasy and modernity. The tastes of the past are rediscovered. A place that produces everything (meat, cheese, beer, ...) and there is not the slightest presence of products from large retailers, deserves a 5-star rating for the strength and courage of the owners. I tried the house dish accompanied by an excellent craft beer. A riot of flavors.
