Qualità dei vini e del cibo 10 e lode e due proprietari vecchia scuola educati, coltissimi e davvero di compagnia. Necessario risolvere questo problema anche perché sono nel circuito blue ticket ma non accettando carte non è possibile usufruire del buono pasto! La selezione di vini é immensa e tutti i piatti sono cucinati a mano e cambiano sempre. Le porzioni sono molto generose e la qualità degli ingredienti é ottima. Il prezzo é contenuto: 2 antipasti, 2 secondi, 2 calici di vino, 1 dolce e 2 amari: 40€. Lo stinco di maiale era cotto alla perfezione e con un gusto davvero ben bilanciato. La polenta con la salsiccia molto buona. L'erbazzone fatto in casa é davvero da provare: l'impasto é diverso da quello dell'erbazzone tradizionale, ma il sapore é comunque eccellente. Buona anche la sacher torta accompagnata dallo sherry. Menzione d'onore al vino: un gewürztraminer eccellente e molto ricercato. Consigliatissimo a tutti, noi torneremo sicuramente! Excellent modern tavern managed with passion and dedication by the very nice and courteous owners. The wine selection is immense and all dishes are hand cooked and always changing. The portions are very generous and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The price is low: 2 appetizers, 2 seconds, 2 glasses of wine, 1 dessert and 2 bitters: 40 €. The pork knuckle was cooked to perfection and with a really well balanced taste. Very good polenta with sausage. The homemade Erbazzone is really worth trying: the mixture is different from that of the traditional Erbazzone, but the flavor is still excellent. The sacher cake accompanied by sherry is also good. Honorable mention to wine: an excellent and highly sought-after gewürztraminer. Highly recommended to everyone, we will definitely be back!
