ENOTECA DI PRIMO LIVELLO…! I piatti che propone sono sorprendenti…! Questa è la quarta volta che vengo! E sono rimasto contento nuovamente! Lo STRACONSIGLIO…… Bravi ragazzi…. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI ….!!!! Ci siamo quindi alzati per andare via, ci hanno fatto pagare i due coperti comunque, dicendo che lo avrebbe fatto anche Canavacciuolo. Peccato che se scegliessi il ristorante di Canavacciuolo lo metterei in conto che la sua creatività ha un prezzo, ma lui se lo merita! E cucina davvero bene! In ora di punta, invece qui un solo tavolo occupato con due anziani, e noi che ci siamo alzati. Vogliamo ricordare che siamo in tempi poco felici e che mangiare fuori casa deve essere un momento di cordialità. Il cliente ha sempre ragione, e noi abbiamo avuto ragione ad alzarsi ed uscire, da fuori sembra una trattoria, ci siamo fatti ingannare dalle apparenze, dentro molto bello ma troppo caro. Comunque ciò che è mancata è la cordialità e la comprensione. Comunque sul territorio ci sono molti locali con ottima cucina, con personale gentile e prezzi onesti. Siamo in tempo di guerre, guerre che ci riguardano, in Europa, a me sembra che per un pranzo frugale, un primo e un secondo senza vini particolari, e il coperto... 40€ a testa sia veramente troppo. Abbiamo pranzato benissimo da un'altra parte, in un locale pieno di allegria, nelle valli di Lanzo, a pochi chilometri da li.Buona fortuna! Carta dei vini e cantina fantastica. Questa volta ho portato degli amici che hanno gradito tantissimo. Grazie Chef.. La cucina eccellente, con proposte del territorio e non, in chiave moderna rispettando la materia prima che è di ottima scelta. Cantina sublime. Questo posto merita una , cento, mille visite. Non hanno sbagliato nulla, nemmeno il più piccolo dettaglio. E per chi mi conosce, sa che è un evento raro. Non vi resta che provare. Io ho festeggiato 30 anni di un incontro speciale. Ma tornerò il prima possibile. E vi consiglio di fare altrettanto. Land of dreams vi aspetta....
