Arrivo al salone in perfetto orario e trovo il negozio CHIUSO.
Sono davvero indignata: non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione per slittare l'appuntamento, la prenotazione sul sito risulta ancora confermata e non ho avuto modo di contattare la proprietaria telefonicamente perché il numero di cellulare risulta non raggiungibile.
Invito a seguire un corso accelerato di professionalità lavorativa.
 Yesterday afternoon I made an appointment from the online platform which was promptly confirmed for 11:00 today.
I arrive at the salon on time and find the shop CLOSED.
