M	Matteo Orsato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa penso che sei la mia prima recensione, non è nella mia persona farlo ma qui mi sento preso in giro. Questa mattina prenoto un taglio di capelli e modellatura barba per le ore 13:30 . Alle 12:30 mi reco in negozio per avvertire che malauguratamente ho avuto un imprevisto e che potrei tardare , il titolare(almeno penso ) gentilmente mi sposta il tutto alle 18:40. Arrivo e mi dicono che chi deve farmi il taglio è in ritardo di circa mezz’ora ( ci mancherebbe è stata colpa mia se la mattina non sono potuto venire) . Alle 19:15 mi serve un loro barbiere (quello più anziano con accento non italiano ) chiedo una sfumatura ai lati e di accorciarmi il ciuffo, do indicazioni sulla barba però dice che non ero prenotato per la barba ma solo per i capelli (magari nello spostarmi si sono dimenticati..non importa può succedere) in 15 minuti taglio finito, nessuna sfumatura , lavaggio e risciacquo senza shampoo . Chiedo se può almeno tagliare i due “peli matti” dei baffi ma fa finta di non sentirmi. Chiedo che al lato venga fatta la linea ma nemmeno in questo caso viene fatto. Alla fine ho capito perché .. doveva servire un altro cliente alle 19:30 (non so se prendano provvigioni sui clienti che fanno). Morale pagato 27 € per un taglio che ne vale forse 15€. Se mi dicevano che saltando l’appuntamento alle 13:30 non sarebbero riusciti mi sarei scusato e ripassato un altro giorno. Ora devo andare da un altro barbiere e farmi sistemare questo sciempio. Per me non è un problema pagare 27 o 60€ di taglio purché il servizio sia congruo al lavoro che viene eseguito. MAI PIÙ ! This I think you are my first review, it is not in my person to do it but here I feel teased. This morning I book a haircut and beard shaping for 1:30 pm. At 12:30 I go to the shop to warn that unfortunately I had an unexpected event and that I could be late, the owner (at least I think) kindly moves me everything at 18:40. I arrive and they tell me that whoever has to cut me is about half an hour late (God forbid, it was my fault if I couldn't come in the morning). At 7.15 pm I need their barber (the older one with a non-Italian accent) I ask for a shade on the sides and to shorten the tuft, I give indications on the beard but he says that I was not booked for the beard but only for the hair (maybe in the they forgot to move… it doesn't matter it can happen) in 15 minutes finished cut, no shading, wash and rinse without shampoo. I ask if he can at least cut the two "crazy hairs" of his mustache but he pretends not to hear me. I ask that the line be made to the side but not even in this case it is done. In the end I understood why .. he had to serve another customer at 7:30 pm (I don't know if they take commissions on the customers they do). Morale paid € 27 for a cut that is worth perhaps € 15. If they told me that if they skipped the appointment at 13:30 they wouldn't be able to, I would have apologized and come back another day. Now I have to go to another barber and get this sweat fixed. For me it is not a problem to pay 27 or 60 € in cut as long as the service is appropriate to the work being performed. NEVER AGAIN !
M	MARCUS KNOLL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sabato 12 maggio ore 21:10 il ragazzo che era li da solo che non aveva niente da fare ci ha detto che non poteva fare un taglio perché tra 10 minuti doveva chiudere e non e prima volta!! Se non avete voglia di lavorare perché tenete il negozio aperto? Si parlava solo di un taglio anche senza lavaggio!!!! Today Saturday 12 May at 21:10 the boy who was there alone who had nothing to do told us that he could not make a cut because in 10 minutes he had to close and not the first time !! In ogni caso il titolare si è dimostrato molto disponibile per rimediare. The worst cut of my life. Asked about a 50s cut, I found my crew cut with longer tufts. S	Sara Bottini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio taglio buono per la tecnica ma decisamente negativo..sull’approccio al cliente (perché è di questo che si tratta dato che mio figlio ha provato il servizio taglio ma non barba tengo a precisare),solo 2 stelle e sono stata generosa perché non bisogna scordare che è il cliente che sceglie il taglio e non altrimenti.. l’invadenza e il fare di testa propria non è accettabile nel 2022 e soprattutto nell’ approfittarsi di un ragazzo giovane che ha speso ben 27€ per ritrovarsi rasato e scontento.. certo i capelli ricrescono ma i clienti si perdono Addios.. A good cut service for the technique but definitely negative ... on the approach to the customer (because this is what it is since my son tried the cut service but I don't want to clarify the beard), only 2 stars and I was generous because we must not forget that it is the customer who chooses the cut and not otherwise .. the intrusiveness and doing it on one's own is not acceptable in 2022 and above all in taking advantage of a young boy who has spent a good 27 € to find himself shaved and unhappy .. sure the hair grows back but the customers get lost Addios ..
e	elena spataru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera 12 marzo 2022 alle 21:00 mi sono recata al vostro negozio con mio compagno per chiedere un taglio semplice e il ragazzo ci ha spediti dicendo che lui non ha tempo anche se non stava facendo niente era nel sgabuzzino seduto!!! Bravi complimenti! Mi chiedo ma il suo responsabile sara contento ? E subito dopo di noi è arrivata un’altra coppia con la stessa richiesta e il ragazzo ha risposto molto maleducato. Complimenti caro! Poi vi lamentate perché siete senza lavoro! Last night 12 March 2022 at 21:00 I went to your shop with my partner to ask for a simple cut and the guy sent us saying that he doesn't have time even if he wasn't doing anything he was sitting in the closet !!! Congratulations! I wonder but his manager will be happy? And immediately after us another couple arrived with the same request and the boy replied very rude. Congratulations dear!
