Prezzi assurdi per la qualità delle cose, ci sono scarpe migliori e anche più belle allo stesso prezzo se non a prezzi migliori. Consiglio spassionato : Se potete evitate di acquistare !!!!
I bought a pair of sneakers ... leaving out the excruciating pain of walking on it ... the quality is very bad .... I will definitely never buy again !!! Terrible !!! Absurd prices for the quality of things, there are better and even more beautiful shoes for the same price if not better prices. Dispassionate advice: If you can, avoid buying !!!!

Tralasciando la Responsabile scortese. Ho acquistato una borsetta da loro. Il meccanismo di chiusura presentava subito un difetto che poco dopo si è rotto. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile rimediare in qualche modo. La responsabile mi ha risposto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere nel giro di 3-4 giorni. Dopo 2 settimane chiamo in negozio e mi dicono che l’azienda non mi rimborserà e che il pezzo mancante non è possibile cambiarlo perché non ho lo scontrino.
Ergo: arrangiati!
Ero una cliente abituale ma da oggi mi recherò altrove...

Aside from the rude Manager. I bought a handbag from them. The locking mechanism immediately presented a defect which soon broke. I asked if it was possible to fix it somehow. The manager replied that she would let me know within 3-4 days. After 2 weeks I call the shop and they tell me that the company will not refund me and that the missing piece cannot be exchanged because I do not have a receipt.
Ergo: arrange!
I was a regular customer but from today I will go elsewhere ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarpe e borsa belle, ma commessa, oltre che scortese, ha omesso di dirci che le suole antiscivolo non erano comprese nel prezzo e far pagare anche una borsina 30 cent su un acquisto di 170,00 € mi sembra poco professionale.
Nice shoes and bag, but the saleswoman, as well as being rude, failed to tell us that the non-slip soles were not included in the price and charging a small bag 30 cents on a purchase of € 170.00 seems unprofessional to me.
