★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales issues: i ordered and got via online shop a pellet stove ( Edilkamin ) i live in the Netherland and the CAT ( Dutch) refuse to install because he did not sold to me the pellet stove , so i need to arrange myself in someway to let it work.
I reach this Italian shop and Franco,help me out and explain how to set up and share all his help and experience for saving a terrible experience, well , did work out very good and im really happy with the brand.
We shall have much more shop and people like him, work with passion and with correct mindset.
