★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENDO LA LEGNA DA 45 GIORNI: professionalità zero. Se non chiamo io no ho nessun aggiornamento. Purtroppo l'operaio di Baveno ha avuto dei problemi e ha tutta la mia solidarietà. Un azienda seria nkn pone i suoi problemi dinnanzi al cliente, li gestisce e soddisfa le richieste se é in grado, in alternativa comunica di NON ESSERE IN GRADO e il cliente si adegua e va da un altra parte. 45 giorni di attesa é un danno, specialmente dato che la legna serve per un attività, turistica per giunta, che sta ripartendo con la stagione 2022 dopo 2 anni e passa di "crisi covid". Si vergogni signora per come mi ha e continua a ignorarmi. Vi avrei pagato anche prima della consegna se mi datate il peso.... ATTENDO DAL 16 MARZOOOOOOOOOOO ......e poi dicono che non c'é lavoro!!!!!!!!!!!!
 I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE WOOD FOR 45 DAYS: zero professionalism. If I don't call I don't have any updates. Unfortunately, the Baveno worker had some problems and has all my solidarity. A serious company nkn places its problems in front of the customer, manages them and satisfies the requests if it is able, alternatively it communicates that it IS NOT ABLE and the customer adapts and goes somewhere else. 45 days of waiting is a damage, especially given that the wood is used for an activity, tourism in addition, which is restarting with the 2022 season after 2 years and passes of "covid crisis". Be ashamed lady for how she has me and continue to ignore me. I would have paid you even before the delivery if you date me the weight .... WAITING FROM MARCH 16
