★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato i loro prodotti da quasi 4 anni, un impianto di raffrescamento e riscaldamento a pavimento, ho scelto loro perché prodotto poco distante dalla mia residenza, oggi ho una problematica con il deumidificatore che rende inutilizzabile l impianto, chiamo l assistenza e... Sorpresa, in anticipo mi chiedono un bonifico di 176 € forfait per verificare il problema e vedere se nelle 2 ore successive si possa risolvere se no extra... E non confermano l appuntamento se prima non pago. Ho sempre trovato persone gentili e disponibili ma credo sia proprio la politica d assistenza che vada rivista.
I have installed their products for almost 4 years, a cooling system and underfloor heating, I chose them because they were produced not far from my residence, today I have a problem with the dehumidifier that makes the system unusable, I call assistance and ... Surprise, in advance they ask me for a € 176 transfer fee to check the problem and see if in the next 2 hours it can be solved if not extra ... And they don't confirm the appointment if I don't pay first. I have always found kind and helpful people but I believe it is precisely the assistance policy that needs to be reviewed.
