Richiamo ieri e mi dicono di aspettare il giorno dopo per avere notizie "dall'impiegata che si occupa delle spedizioni" e dopo aver chiamato oggi mi dicono che mi hanno fatto un rimborso il giorno prima in quanto la merce non è disponibile (il tutto parlando con la stessa impiegata, con un arroganza indescrivibile). Controllo il mio conto e non ho ricevuto nessun accredito e adesso al telefono non risponde nessuno. truffatori questa è la loro professione
SCAM !!!!! I placed an order on this site, after calling for information after I hadn't received the package a week, I find that it wasn't even sent. I recall yesterday and they tell me to wait the next day for news "from the employee who takes care of the shipments" and after calling today they tell me that they made me a refund the day before because the goods are not available (all talking with the same employee, with an indescribable arrogance). I check my account and have not received any credit and now nobody answers on the phone. scammers this is their profession
