★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un rubinetto che però non funzionava correttamente, dopodiché abbiamo inviato in video alla ditta per dimostrare che era difettoso quindi avere la sostituzione, loro dopo settimane hanno risposto che era colpa della istallazione , nel video si poteva vedere perfettamente che era nuovo e non era colpa del montaggio, quindi abbiamo perso 180€ ,
Vorrei sconsigliare a tutti questa ditta, non buttare il vostro denaro, non c’è garanzia negli acquisti
We bought a faucet but it did not work properly, then we sent it on video to the company to prove that it was defective and therefore have it replaced, after weeks they replied that it was the fault of the installation, in the video you could perfectly see that it was new and it was not fault of the assembly, so we lost 180 €,
I would like to advise everyone against this company, do not waste your money, there is no guarantee in purchases

Dopo quasi 20 giorni mi è stato consegnato...durante il montaggio, pur prestando estrema cura nel maneggiare le ante, 2 mi si sono letteralmente frantumate in mano. Ho mandato una email e mi hanno risposto che erano spiacenti ma non avevo diritto a nessun rimborso, neanche parziale. Fine della comunicazione. Venditore altamente sconsigliato
Purchased a glass shower enclosure. After almost 20 days it was delivered to me ... during assembly, while taking extreme care in handling the doors, 2 literally shattered in my hand. I sent an email and they said they were sorry but I was not entitled to any refund, not even partial. End of communication. Highly not recommended seller
