★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serietà sotto le scarpe, chiamo un gioevedi, specifico di avere una caldaia vaillant a condensazione, mi danno appuntamento alle 17e30 del martedì successivo, mi arriva la chiamata alle 18 del martedi dal tecnico incaricato che mi dice di non farcela a venire e che loro le vaillant non le guardano nemmeno, e dirlo quando ho chiamato? ho dovuto fare i salti mortali e piu di 20 km per arrivare in tempo a casa, io non capisco, cose dell'altro mondo. Perdita di soldi e di tempo e in piú, come minimo, un'altra settimana con i bambini al freddo.
Seriousness under my shoes, I call a Thursday, specifically to have a vaillant condensing boiler, they give me an appointment at 5.30 pm on the following Tuesday, the call arrives at 6 pm on Tuesday from the technician in charge who tells me not to make it to come and that they vaillant don't even look at them, and say it when i called? I had to do somersaults and more than 20 km to get home on time, I don't understand, things from the other world. Waste of money and time plus, at least, another week with the children in the cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato per il 14 ottobre ore 17 per la prova dei fumi caldaia e manutenzione della stessa non si sono presentati è non hanno nemmeno avvisato.
Dopo 1 ora telefono in sede è mi dicono che sicuramente avranno avuto un imprevisto.
Non ho ricevuto alcuna chiamata neanche il giorno successivo.
Massima serietà complimenti.
Booked for October 14 at 17 for the boiler smoke test and maintenance of the same, they did not show up and did not even notify.
After 1 hour I call the office and they tell me that surely they have had an unexpected event.
I didn't get any calls the next day either.
