Un ringraziamento particolare lo faccio a tutti gli architetti,geometri e a tutto lo staff della idroedile a seguire. (Io non ci ho dedicato neanche tanto tempo, se non per scegliere lo stile del bagno e delle piastrelle). Lavoro finito "Chiavi in mano". Grazie ancora a Marco ed a tutto lo staff della Idroedile!!!!!!!!! He remade my bathroom from A to Z. Taps, tiles and everything in between. (I didn't even spend much time on it, except to choose the style of the bathroom and the tiles). Finished work "Turnkey". Thanks again to Marco and all the Idroedile staff !!!!!!!!!

a	alexandra zagami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fidatevi assolutamente, vi diranno di sì a tutto ma in realtà è solamente per farvi scegliere loro. Io mi sono rivolta a loro per rifare completamente il bagno, avevano insistito sulla garanzia dei lavori in 5 giorni (io scettica perché ho un po' di esperienza in campo e inizialmente ho stentato a credere ma loro mi hanno quasi riso nel viso come per dire, fidati, noi li facciamo tutti i giorni questo tipo di lavori)...per me ovviamente la sua parola era importante perché avendo una bimba di 5mesi, non potevamo rimanere in casa durante i lavori e dal momento in cui la Toscana era in zona arancione e non erano disponibili altre soluzioni di alloggio, ci siamo dovuti recare in hotel. Per farla breve, i lavori sono durati 12 giorni (alla faccia della garanzia dei 5gg) e per di più avvisandomi per tel solo un giorno prima che i lavori in realtà non erano ancora finiti (così hanno fatto per ben 3 volte, rimandando la data della consegna con il preavviso la sera prima). Una volta rientrati "finalmente" a casa, avevano lasciato il sudicio dappertutto, mi hanno rovinato il pavimento in marmo perché non avevano messo alcuna protezione in terra, la casa puzzava di fumo perché ci avevano fumato dentro, la doccia perdeva acqua perché non era stata siliconata bene, alcune piastrelle non erano nemmeno stuccate, altre rotte, insomma veramente un lavoro fatto con non curanza. Pessimi veramente, non li consiglio assolutamente! Do not trust absolutely, they will say yes to everything but in reality it is only to make you choose them. I turned to them to completely redo the bathroom, they had insisted on the guarantee of the works in 5 days (I am skeptical because I have a bit of experience in the field and at first I found it hard to believe but they almost laughed in my face as if to say , trust me, we do this type of work every day) ... for me obviously his word was important because having a 5 month old baby girl, we could not stay at home during the works and from the moment Tuscany was in the area orange and no other accommodation options were available, we had to go to the hotel. In short, the works lasted 12 days (in spite of the 5-day guarantee) and moreover, by telephoning me just one day before the works were not actually finished yet (so they did 3 times, postponing the date delivery with notice the night before). Once they "finally" returned home, they had left the filth everywhere, they ruined my marble floor because they hadn't put any protection on the ground, the house smelled of smoke because they had smoked in it, the shower was leaking water because it hadn't been well siliconed, some tiles were not even grouted, others broken, in short, really a job done carelessly. Really bad, I do not recommend them absolutely!
A	Alma Ruka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho assunto questa dita per fare la ristrutturazione della casa ,e ancora dopo 6 mesi che sono iniziato i lavori mi trovo con la casa non finita e tutti i lavori lasciati a metà.,con igli impianti idrici e elettrici fatti male e le luci che non funzionano. Provo a chiamarli e non rispondono nessuno dei 2 responsabili,ne Angelo e ne Marco ,e mi hanno mandato le chiavi del appartamento non finito, con un loro operaio. SONO DEI LADRI ,e Delinquenti che prendono i soldi e non si fanno piu vedere OCCHIO GENTE non cascate come noi ......... I try to call them and none of the 2 managers answer, neither Angelo nor Marco, and they sent me the keys to the unfinished apartment, with one of their workers.
