★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drammatico. Ho ordinato dei pezzi. Dopo un mese in cui era impossibile raggiungerli telefonicamente passo di persona per scoprire che l'ordine non è mai partito, perso chissà in quale cassetto.
Dramatic. I ordered some pieces. After a month in which it was impossible to reach them by phone, step in person to find out that the order never left, lost in some drawer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 18.28 chiudono già le porte. Quando chiedo cortesemente se potesse aprirmi, poiché il cartello indicava la chiusura alle ore 18.30, il ragazzo al bancone sbuffava e si lamentava gesticolando! Son andato a comprare da un altra parte. Sconsigliato!!
At 18.28 the doors already close. When I politely ask if he could open me, as the sign indicated closing at 6.30pm, the guy at the counter snorted and moaned gesticulating! I went to buy somewhere else. Not recommended !!
