Sono proprietario di infissi Schüco ai primi di gennaio mi si è rotta la maniglia della porta finestra e li contatto per chiedere se possono procurarla, mi chiedono di inviargli delle foto su whatsapp e senza problemi gli invio il tutto. Dopo 3 settimana che non si fanno sentire minimamente mi reco da loro con la maniglia smontata a chiedere se magari non si fidano e vogliono un acconto, mi dicono di no che ora che l’hanno vista contatteranno direttamente la casa madre e nel giro di una settimana mi faranno sapere qualcosa. Dopo due settimane di silenzio li ricontatto io e mi dicono di avere un problema, di avere ancora un po’ di pazienza. Grazie a questa ditta sono stato 70 giorni con la finestra del terrazzo chiusa, poi essendo un palazzo nuovo nel centro di Milano costruito da Generali ho contattato direttamente loro che mi hanno mandato in un altro rivenditore che in 14 giorni mi sistemato il tutto. INCOMPETENTI Too bad that there is zero!
