★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve volevo descrivere brevemente la mia esperienza di acquisto con quest azienda . ho acquistato un box doccia il 14/09 /20 ho comunicato con un addetta di nome Nadia , ero già in possesso di un vecchio box doccia di loro produzione , quindi ho mandato le foto rappresentative del loro box , perché io volevo lo stesso box doccia , la sig mi garantiva che aveva guardato le foto e mi avrebbe spedito dopo aver fatto il pagamento anticipato , lo stesso box doccia ,gli confermo L ordine e gli aggiungo nell ordine una cartuccia di silicone antimuffa pagato€ 12.00 che mi sarebbe arrivato insieme al box doccia . Fatto il pagamento dopo pochi giorni mi arriva un box doccia completamente diverso da quello ordinato e mancante il silicone che io già avevo pagato anticipato .Alla mia chiamata comunicando dell accaduto e parlando sempre con la stessa signora .mi riferiva che non poteva fare niente e che per lei era uguale , a me non è sembrato un comportamento di una azienda proiettata alla soddisfazione del cliente ,all interno mancava anche la cartuccia del silicone dopo averli anche detto questo mi diceva , che per questo invece mi avrebbe fatto un rimborso , a oggi sono passati 3 mesi , ma non mi è arrivato nessun rimborso .
Hi I wanted to briefly describe my shopping experience with this company. I bought a shower box on 09/14/20 I communicated with an employee named Nadia, I was already in possession of an old shower box of their production, so I sent the representative photos of their box, because I wanted the same shower box , Mrs. assured me that she had looked at the photos and would have sent me after having made the prepayment, the same shower box, I confirm the order and add to the order an anti-mold silicone cartridge paid € 12.00 that would have arrived with the box shower. After making the payment a few days later I get a shower box completely different from the one ordered and missing the silicone that I had already paid in advance. On my call, communicating what happened and always talking to the same lady. She told me that she could not do anything and that for her it was the same, it did not seem to me the behavior of a company projected towards customer satisfaction, the silicone cartridge was also missing inside after having also told them this she told me, that for this instead she would have made me a refund, to date I am 3 months passed, but I have not received any refunds.

Mi sono trovata benissimo da subito, ho avuto contatti con la Sig.ra Nadia che è stata subito molto professionale e gentilissima Dandomi inoltre la possibilità di andare a vedere il cristallo doccia in azienda nonostante loro il sabato siano chiusi.. Ha aperto per me alla mattina previo appuntamento dandomi questa possibilità.
Ho ordinato la doccia... E neanche una settimana dopo mi hanno consegnato a casa la doccia che avevo scelto!!!!
Ottimo materiale.. Bellissima la doccia e l'istallazione perfetta.. Installatore gentilissimo e molto bravo!! Sono super soddisfatta... Consigliatissimo posto e personale

My experience was super positive ... I had a great time right away, I had contact with Ms. Nadia who was immediately very professional and very kind. She also gave me the opportunity to go and see the shower crystal in the company despite their Saturday are closed .. He opened for me in the morning by appointment giving me this possibility.
I ordered the shower ... And not even a week later they delivered the shower I had chosen at home !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente negativa che meriterebbe zero stelle. Box doccia installati in malo modo (si veda foto allegate) senza riuscire a risolvere i problemi di perdita acqua. Mi era stato promesso un kit di intervento oltre che a guarnizioni per eliminare il problema, ma non sono mai arrivati. Installazione e assistenza al cliente pessima.
Absolutely bad experience that deserves zero stars. Shower enclosures installed in a bad way (see attached photos) without being able to solve the problems of water leakage. I was promised a repair kit as well as gaskets to eliminate the problem, but they never arrived. Poor installation and customer service.
