In questo periodo di ingressi contingentati, uno dei pochi negozi, a mio avviso, ben organizzati anche da questo punto di vista. Eccellente. I ragazzi sono preparatissimi, vi aiutano anche nella scelta e vi consigliano, e sono pure simpatici! Consiglio di non risparmiare mai sulla carne, bastano pochi euro in più (ma davvero pochi) a volte per mangiare SANO e senza sorprese! Andateci con fiducia. W la macelleria IDEAL! Excellent butcher! Ma quando sono da quelle parti e un obbligo per me andare da ideal, però è anche capitato che parto da Settimo solo per andare da loro. Amo questa macelleria perché c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta oltre ad essere tutto buonissimo ovviamente. Trovi tantissime specialità che ogni volta che vai compreresti tutto è non sai cosa cucinare per prima. Oltre alla classica macelleria hanno tante specialità e novità.... insomma impossibile non saper cosa cucinare quando entri da loro... Le bistecche impanate al pistacchio ve le consiglio sono una vera chicca.. ma anche il pollo alle mandorle e tante altre novità... Molto buona anche la carne per il bollito. Ogni volta che la prendo e molto tenera e gustosa. Oltre la carne hanno tantissimi prodotti particolari. Salumi ottimi e fanno pure il sushi di carne. Bravissimo anche tutto lo staff e cordiale la signora. Si vede che dietro c’è una giusta organizzazione... Unica pecca che ogni volta c’è una fila assurda, ma questa è la conferma della loro qualità per cui ne vale la pena aspettare.... Presenza di prodotti sottovuoto, ideali per "le feste". Consigliatissimo. Aperto il giovedì pomeriggio. Consegna a casa, ma consiglio di informarsi su orari ,costi e altro. La mia parte di bancone preferita è quella dove trovo sempre agnello e capretto. Qui ho scoperto anche quello che è ora il mio riso da risotto prediletto.
