★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' vero siamo in un periodo difficile per tutti, ma vi pare possibile che per avere dei vostri filtri per una vmc sono in ballo da natale? Vi ho chiamato diverse volte poichè non riuscivo a trovarli, mi avete risposto di passare da un grossista che voi non spedite a cliente finale. Ne ho girati 5 di cui 2 o 3 indicati da voi, alla fine uno mi ha almeno fatto un preventivo e 3 settimane fa ho confermato l'ordine. Sottolineo i circa 50 euro per spedizione e gestione ordine, una parte di spedizione che ci sta l'altra per gestire l'ordine. Dopo 3 settimane stamattina torno dal grossista che non e in mia presenza vi chiama dato che non aveva indicazioni da darmi, la vostra prima risposta è stata non sappiamo quando spediamo, si si ho scritto giusto, non sapete quando spedite. Dopo di che intervengo nella telefonata che era in viva voce arrabbiandomi un po', perchè ovviamente la macchina vi ha fatto comodo venderla i filtri invece dite che devono essere i vostri e poi dite che non sapete quando spedite. Guarda caso dopo essermi arrabbiato avete risposto che spedirete entro fine settimana, ora voglio proprio vedere se sarà così perchè dopo questa risposta è chiaro che i filtri li avete perchè siamo a mercoledì per cui dovete solo fare un pacchetto che peserà 1 kg e far passare un corriere a ritirare. Spero vivamente che sia così e che procediate con la spedizione entro fine settimana.
