Sembrava mi conoscessero da sempre ed è stato il primo e unico atelier che ho visitato. Mi ha servito il signor Nicolas è stato bravissimo nel capire subito perfettamente ciò che stavo cercando.Ho provato abiti bellissimi e ho trovato il mio abito ?Non vedo l'ora di tornare per riprovarlo con le dovute personalizzazioni che ho richiesto ed indossarlo nel giorno del mio matrimonio! Un grazie speciale a Nicolas che mi ha seguito con molta pazienza professionalità e competenza ? I was in the atelier and I found a wonderful staff with a lot of patience, professionalism and competence. They seemed to have known me forever and it was the first and only atelier I visited. Senza di lui avrei vissuto una prova completamente diversa e per questo lo ringrazio..ringrazio anche Mara che è stata gentilissima e a disposizione nonostante non fossi una sua “sposa” ! Emozionante e toccante , grazie anche alla gentilissima Mara , cordiale e solare .. in grado di mettere a proprio agio una persona chiusa e timida quale sono . Disponibile , professionale e paziente , fino alla fine . Un’amica fin da subito , che ti accompagna fino alla fine di questa esperienza . Mi ripeteva che per qualche caso , è sempre l’abito a scegliere la sposa e non il contrario, così è stato . Il primo adocchiato e provato … è diventato il mio abito … nonostante la vastissima scelta di capi e brand . Ambiente pulito , tranquillo e accomodante . Unique and special experience. a	anna castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fissato un appuntamento ad Idea Sposa perché, facendo una ricerca su internet, ero venuta a conoscenza avessero in atelier una marca a cui ero interessata, intuendo tra l’altro che avrei trovato il vestito di cui mi ero innamorata in foto. Quando sono arrivata, con le persone a me care, in atelier si è presentata subito Mara: una donna dolcissima, disponibilissima, preparata e con tanta esperienza. Mara mi ha fatta sentire subito a casa(a mio agio) e mi ha dato la possibilità di provare qualsiasi vestito, a prescindere dal mio interesse. Mi ha subito riferito che il vestito che tanto volevo non c’era, poiché apparteneva alla vecchia collezione, e cosi mi ero dispiaciuta… ma… ecco che,dopo aver “selezionato” gli abiti da provare, Mara mi lascia un attimo da sola per farmi vedere un vestito che mi avrebbe lasciata a bocca aperta, avendo compreso il mio interesse. Già: è stato il primo che ho indossato e quello che poi ho scelto. Non posso entrare nei particolari ma posso dire che mi sono emozionata ♥️: il vestito mi ha chiamata, come mi aveva detto Mara. Un’altra persona importante è Teresa: splendida sarta che mi seguirà nelle prossime prove, con la sua precisione ed anni di esperienza.
