Vado via, la proprietaria mi richiama dicendo che aveva un altro vestito che poteva piacermi, reinvitandomi a rientrare in negozio. Al momento di provarlo, mi nega la prova dicendo che si sarebbe "riservata" di farmelo provare nel momento in cui sarei ritornata dopo "averci pensato su". Ancora mi sto interrogando su cosa abbia scaturito un comportamento così anti commerciale che mi ha spinto a decidere di non tornare più da loro. Dopo aver visionato gli abiti esposti decidiamo di provarne uno, aveva il cartellino con un prezzo scontato del 40% e scritto a matita. Avevamo deciso di acquistarlo, nel momento in cui abbiamo chiesto il prezzo, il cartellino era magicamente sparito, era stato staccato dall'abito, riferendoci un prezzo nettamente superiore a quello indicato in cartellino e tutto questo solo perché l'abito era destinato alla mamma della sposa... comportamento a dir poco vergognoso ma a quanto pare é prassi adeguare il prezzo in base al ruolo dell'invitato. Ultima chicca la stola da abbinare all'ambito scelto.... testuali parole della signora del negozio " questa é uguale a quella della sposa, solo che per la sposa ha un costo di 250 € per lei scontata € 100 ". Dopo essersi misurata qualche abito, lei comunque non era del tutto convinta, quindi decide di pensarci un po' con la calma e uscire senza aver acquistato un abito sicuramente bello, ma senza averla convinta del tutto. A quel punto le titolari o commesse cambiano del tutto sguardi e tono di voce. "Non era normale aver fatto perdere del tempo e uscire a mani vuote" , insultando anche di aver mandato via altri clienti, con 3 commesse loro hanno mandato via altri clienti, sicuramente clienti non interessati neanche nel misurare, dato che il negozio era vuoto. Penso che la parte fondamentale sia VENDERE, è normalissimo, ma vedere un cliente soddisfatto e con tanta voglia di ritornarci è la vera ricchezza. Ora senza nessun dubbio questo negozio per noi ha fallito. Vi auguro di trovare la forza di conquistarvi il cliente, a perderlo basta poco. A	Alessandra Pioggia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, commessa molto scortese che tentava di minimizzare i lavori sartoriali da fare e non ha ben capito come volessi essere aggiustato l'abito (Le spalline erano troppo scese e, nonostante le mie continue richieste di aggiustarle meglio, mi ha detto che era solo un impressione. Le perline che avevo chiesto di essere fissate meglio perché se ne stavano quasi per venire, non sono state aggiustate ma mi è stato risposto che bastava tirare un filo per metterle a posto). Datomi l'appuntamento per le modifiche finite un giorno, arrivata in negozio mi ha detto che avevo sbagliato il giorno(con parecchia insistenza aggiungerei) e che quindi l'abito non era pronto per la prova, per poi correggere il tiro e dire che il disguido era stato della sarta. Per non parlare che per più di una volta ha sbagliato a fare il saldo dell'abito nonostante le mie correzioni. Abito meraviglioso ma assistenza e cortesia pessima. Mi hanno mostrato tanti modelli e di tante marche finchè non mi si sono illuminati gli occhi vedendo il mio vestito di st patrick bridal!! La sig.ra Gemma, le commesse e le sarte sono tutte gentilissime e disponibilissime, consigliano al meglio ed il mio vestito è davvero piaciuto a tutti...ho avuto un sacco di complimenti!!!
