★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come qualunque attività commerciale mirano a fare profitto, solo che le agenzie immobiliari lo fanno cercando di convincere la propria clientela, che le case di cui hanno l'incarico, siano le migliori, sia per spazio luminosità e confort, anche se si tratta di un monolocale si 35 mq con una sola finestra di 20 cm con pareti infestate da muffa e se ciò non bastasse, pretendono anche una parcella pari al 10% del canone annuo, questa nello specifico la ritengo inferiore rispetto ad altre più blasonate dato che ha un'offerta inferiore (nel mio caso ovviamente).
Like any commercial activity, they aim to make a profit, except that real estate agencies do so by trying to convince their customers that the houses they are in charge of are the best, both for space, brightness and comfort, even if it is a studio apartment 35 sq m with a single 20 cm window with walls infested with mold and if this were not enough, they also demand a parcel equal to 10% of the annual rent, this one in particular I think it is lower than other more noble ones since it has a lower offer (in my case of course).
