Obbligano le persone a perdere denaro e tempo per andare in posta e inviare documenti che potrebbero verificare via mail e poi a quanto letto,non reputano corrette. Cattiva immagine Had I read the reviews before, I would not have joined their initiative. They force people to waste money and time to go to the post and send documents that they could verify via email and then to what they read, they do not consider correct. Bad image
G	Giovanni Palladino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho partecipato a un operazione a premi "La vita è bolla" e ho scoperto almeno due cose: -che nel Regolameto del gioco c'erano delle clausole vessatorie (non era spiegato che era possibile un solo premio a scontrino); -che mi sono arrivati due importanti calici rotti perché imballati male (imballati così male che si sarebbero potuti rompere anche appoggiati in un carrello della spesa). I participated in a "Life is bubble" prize operation and I discovered at least two things: -that there were vexatious clauses in the rules of the game (it was not explained that a single prize was possible); -that I got two important broken glasses because they were badly packed (so badly packed that they could have broken even when placed in a shopping cart).

Per contro nulla da eccepire sull'assistenza ricevuta una volta esposto il quesito. Being able to talk to an operator is a huge undertaking, waiting times are very long to say the least. On the other hand, there is nothing to complain about the assistance received once the question has been exposed.

Arrivati, senza alcun preavviso e dopo svariati mesi, due calici (di scarsissima qualità) rotti perché imballati male vista la delicatezza del prodotto. Vi era una scatola ulteriore esterna ma i bicchieri all'interno della loro scatola non avevamo quanto meno una protezione a bolle d'aria. Two glasses (of very poor quality) arrived, without warning and after several months, broken because they were badly packaged given the delicacy of the product. There was an additional outer box but the glasses inside their box had at least no bubble protection.

Se non usi la raccomandata fanno finta di perdere gli scontrini. Visitare gruppi facebook relativi al risparmio per credere. Azienda non dalla parte del consumatore The "try me for free" participations managed by them always have problems. They always request a receipt by post which cancels the free product. If you don't use the registered letter, they pretend to lose the tickets. Visit facebook groups related to savings to believe. Company not on the consumer side

Credo che se ci si fosse soffermati un attimo a pensare si avrebbe capito che, se una promozione non va a buon fine non è colpa di Ictlabs ma nostra, o delle aziende promotrici. Peccato non si possano mettere 10 stelle. Trovo il personale sempre molto gentile, disponibile e competente e tra l'altro dotato di una forte empatia. Grazie I have read so many negative reviews, dictated by the momentum of disappointment. I believe that if we had paused for a moment to think we would have understood that, if a promotion is not successful it is not the fault of Ictlabs but ours, or of the sponsoring companies. Too bad you can't put 10 stars. I find the staff always very kind, helpful and competent and among other things with a strong empathy. Thanks
