Non rispondono più neanche al telefono dimostrando la pochezza professionale che li contraddistingue. Nessuna capacità di recepire ed attuare le richieste dei clienti e nessuna serietà quantomeno nell'assumersi la responsabilità della propria incompetenza. Unspeakable. Despite the passing of the months and the endless reminders they never finished the job, paid well in advance. They don't even answer the phone anymore, showing the professional lack of character that sets them apart. No ability to understand and implement customer requests and no seriousness at least in taking responsibility for one's own incompetence.

Incapaci di concludere il lavoro, alla fine sono spariti senza neanche rispondere più al telefono ed alle mail dimostrando scarsissima serietà e capacità imprenditoriale. Statene alla larga perchè vedo che sono coinvolti in diverse società che probabilmente, visti i personaggi coinvolti, subiranno la stessa sorte. L'indirizzo indicato è sbagliato, l'ultima volta erano in "strada di sabbione 28/a". Non so se siano ancora li dal momento che è il terzo indirizzo in cui si sono spostati. The worst "professionals" I've ever dealt with. Unable to finish the job, in the end they disappeared without even answering the phone and email anymore, showing very little seriousness and entrepreneurial ability. Stay away because I see that they are involved in different companies that probably, given the characters involved, will suffer the same fate. The address indicated is wrong, the last time they were in "strada di sabbione 28 / a". I don't know if they're still there since it's the third address they moved to.
M	Marco Martellucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo sottoscritto un contratto quasi due anni fa per la realizzazione di due siti web ma i lavori non sono mai stati ultimati nonostante il susseguirsi di svariati "tecnici", le nostre ripetute visite presso sedi sempre diverse (non sono più presenti all'indirizzo riportato nella scheda, ora sono in "strada di sabbione 28/a") ed i nostri innumerevoli solleciti. Risultano ormai irreperibili telefonicamente nonostante sia coinvolta una finanziaria che stiamo continuando a pagare. Inqualificabile il comportamento dell'amministratore incaricato della gestione della società (indicato sul loro sito web, tale Riccardo Zenoni) capace di ignorare ripetutamente sia telefonate che mail e in grado nonostante tutto di fornire rassicurazioni a cui chiaramente non è stato dato alcun seguito. We signed a contract almost two years ago for the construction of two websites but the works have never been completed despite the succession of various "technicians", our repeated visits to always different locations (they are no longer present at the address shown in the file, they are now in "strada di sabbione 28 / a") and our countless reminders. They are now unavailable by phone despite the fact that a financial company is involved that we are continuing to pay. The behavior of the director in charge of managing the company (indicated on their website, this Riccardo Zenoni) is unspeakable, capable of repeatedly ignoring both phone calls and emails and, despite everything, able to provide reassurances to which clearly no follow-up has been given.
m	massimo MARTELLUCCI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stipulato un contratto con annessa finanziaria proposta dai loro "commerciali", non hanno mai concluso i lavori e, cosa ben più grave, non sono mai stati in grado di comprendere l'entità del lavoro da svolgere, trincerandosi per mesi dietro scuse e presunti problemi tecnici. Ormai scomparsi, non hanno neanche più il coraggio di rispondere ai clienti che, giustamente, pretendono chiarimenti e soluzioni. Dopo 2 anni, ci ritroviamo con un semplice template wordpress minimamente personalizzato ma in gran parte inadeguato, spacciato per chissà quale lavoro messo in piedi da chissà quali professionalità. They entered into a contract with a financial advisor proposed by their "salesmen", they never concluded the works and, more seriously, they were never able to understand the extent of the work to be done, entrenching themselves for months behind apologies and alleged problems technicians. Now gone, they no longer even have the courage to respond to customers who, rightly, demand clarification and solutions. After 2 years, we find ourselves with a simple, minimally customized but largely inadequate wordpress template, passed off as who knows what work set up by who knows what professionalism.

Sottoscritto con loro contratto per Bookinglight, il loro Channel Manager e Booking Engine, il primo anno tutto bene, al rinnovo i sistemi non funzionavano più correttamente, chiami l'assistenza telefonica e scatta segreteria, lasci messaggio ma nessuno ti risponde. Scrivi via mai, via PEC ma niente. Mando disdetta del contratto via PEC ma loro continuano ad addebitare la carta di credito! Essendo un addebito su carta di credito non è previsto il blocco del singolo movimento, ma devo disdire la carta di credito con tutto quello che comporta! Keep yourself wide! Write away never, via PEC but nothing. I cancel the contract via PEC but they continue to charge my credit card! Since it is a credit card charge, there is no blocking of a single movement, but I have to cancel the credit card with everything that entails!
