★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la corsa urbana da 'i portali' fino a schiavonea è segnata per le 9 sul sito, ma mi sono visto passare il bus davanti alle 8:45. ben 15 minuti di anticipo.
credo che gli orari esistano per essere rispettati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima professionalità degli autisti. Autobus buoni ma con possibilità di miglioramento. Peccato che durante i periodi di maggiore affluenza vengono forniti degli autobus sostitutivi di altre compagnie convenzionate non all'altezza del servizio IAS (no wifi, no presa elettrica e tv a bordo).
Excellent professionalism of the drivers. Good buses but with possibility of improvement. It is a pity that during the busiest periods, replacement buses from other partner companies are not provided that are not up to the IAS service (no wifi, no electrical outlet and TV on board).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo il passaggio a Flixbus non sn capaci di ricondizionare (riassegnare) i posti gia' prenotati e pagati in largo anticipo.
No wf, no prese elettriche nulla di quello viene pubblicizzato.
Non ho parole....
After switching to Flixbus they are unable to recondition (reassign) seats already booked and paid for in advance.
No wf, no electrical outlets none of that is advertised.
I have no words....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevi prenotato un biglietto Flixbus gestito da Ias scura x 5/11 on line.
Sul biglietto compariva partenza da Rossano Torre Pisani con arrivo a Lamezia Aeroporto.
Mi sono presentata alla fermata alle h 5.25 per una partenza h 5.43.il bus non e' passato dalla fermata scritta sul biglietto.
Dopo una telefonata..mi sono presentata in davanti alla stazione ferroviaria, da dove partiva il bus.
Se non venivo a compagnata avrei perso bus + aereo.
Aggiornate la fermata s biglietto flixbus!
You had booked a ticket Flixbus run by IAS dark x 5/11 on line.
It appeared from Rossano Torre Pisani on the ticket with arrival at Lamezia Airport.
I introduced myself to stop at 5.25 h a h 5.43.il bus departure and 'passed by the word stop on the ticket.
After a telefonata..mi are presented in front of the railway station, from where it departed the bus.
If I didn't come to my company I would have missed the bus + plane.
Update the flixbus ticket stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondete mai al telefono, non perché le vostre linee siano sovraccariche, ma perché non rispondete e basta. Io utilizzo i vostri pullman per la tratta Corigliano-Cosenza: sempre in ritardo, spesso super affollati e molti orari sono stati modificati. Risulta quasi impossibile adattarsi. Vi consiglio di migliorarvi, non siete affatto efficienti!
Never answer the phone, not because your lines are overloaded, but because you don't just answer. I use your coaches for the Corigliano-Cosenza route: always late, often super crowded and many times have been changed. It is almost impossible to adapt. I advise you to improve, you are not efficient at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratta Calopezzati-Torino.
Pullman sempre super affollati. Preferiscono aggiungere posti su singolo pullman piuttosto che fare più pullman con meno gente. Consiglio di raddoppiare la capienza facendo in modo che ogni passeggero se ne prenda in braccio un altro, almeno aumenteranno ulteriormente i guadagni.
Difficile dare un voto all'igiene. Ci sono giorni in cui il pullman è pulito e giorni che devi spruzzarti il gel disinfettante ogni 40 minuti.
File troppo vicine. Vi auguro di non dover trovare mai il passeggero davanti che inclina il sedile altrimenti ve lo ritrovereste sulle palle.
Impossibile dormire e viaggi lunghissimi (se siete fortunati 16h per fare 1200km).
Bagni comodi solo se siete Grande Puffo.
Sicuramente questa sarà l'ultima volta che viaggerò con Scura.
Calopezzati-Turin section.
Buses always super crowded. They prefer to add seats on a single bus rather than doing more buses with fewer people. I recommend doubling the capacity by making sure that each passenger picks up another one, at least they will further increase earnings.
Difficult to rate hygiene. There are days when the bus is clean and days when you have to spray disinfectant gel every 40 minutes.
Files too close. I hope you never have to find the passenger in front tilting the seat otherwise you would end up on balls.
Impossible to sleep and long journeys (if you are lucky 16h to do 1200km).
Comfortable bathrooms only if you are Papa Smurf.
For sure this will be the last time I will travel with Scura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comodissimi autobus puliti; autisti cordiali e gentili. Tratte comode e veloci con pause in stazioni di servizio. Biglietti prenotabili su sito, che offrono vantaggiose offerte in determinati giorni (io usufruisco molto della tratta Mormanno-Salerno). Stuzzichini ed acqua offerti gentilmente ai passeggeri. Unico punto da poter migliorare: la cortesia del servizio clienti che risponde al numero telefonico, per informazioni e chiarimenti. Noto che anche altri clienti prima di me hanno recensito allo stesso modo.
Very comfortable clean buses; friendly and kind drivers. Comfortable and fast routes with breaks at petrol stations. Tickets can be booked on the website, which offer advantageous offers on certain days (I use a lot of the Mormanno-Salerno route). Snacks and water kindly offered to passengers. The only point that could be improved: the courtesy of the customer service who answers the telephone number for information and clarifications. I notice that other clients before me have also reviewed the same way.
