Communication was quick and easy, delivery times were slightly extended due to a delay by Givova, but the timing was always clear. Great products, we have stocked up on them multiple times. ANCORA NESSUNA NOTIZIA DEL MIO ORDINE Ho fatto un ordine il 22/10/21, due bermuda (scaldamuscoli per l'inverno) che nel sito davano disponibile. Dopo aver pagato sono stata contattata per dirmi che una taglia S non era disponibile... ma c'era soltanto la XS o XL. Ho provato a chiamare tutta settimana scorsa e ho inviato diverse mail di sollecito info sulla spedizione, corriere e numero di lettera di vettura senza esito!!! Servizio al cliente non funziona!!! ZERO STELLE!! Update to 04/01 To date I have not received my order nor the requested shipping info. Update to 18/12 ... NO UPDATE ... ORDER YET NOT ARRIVED !! As of today 12/12 my order has not arrived yet. They tell me they shipped with GLS but they don't send me tracking number. .... Ma come se non bastasse il ritardo ci chiedono ora ca 400 euro quali costi aggiuntivi per la merce mancante, spiegati col caro prezzi generalizzato su tutto il mondo. Naturalmente siamo in contenzioso. Cmq evitare assolutamente. Order of about 1500 euros paid in advance and availability acquired.
