L	Luigi Baratto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo veramente di ottima qualità. Prezzi non bassissimi ma ne valeva la pena. Lo chef ci ha anche offerto una sua specialità alla genovese di ottimo gusto. Consiglio un po' di calma alla signora all'ingresso, poi sostituita da una collega molto gentile che ci ha offerto un prosecco. Consigliatissimo. Really good quality food. Prices not very low but it was worth it. The chef also offered us his Genoese specialty of excellent taste. I recommend a little calm to the lady at the entrance, then replaced by a very kind colleague who offered us a prosecco. Highly recommended.

Unica cosa da migliorare : ordinazioni A volte sbagliate, soprattutto il sabato, ma nonostante questo resta la migliore pizza della zona e dintorni. Fixed stage for at least 2 weekends a month. Non ho niente da eccepire sul personale in sala erano fin troppo gentili, forse qualcuno peccava d’esperienza ma pian piano si impara! Il tagliere di salumi era ottimo. Salumi e formaggi molto saporiti e “freschi”. La nota dolente sono state le carni (il piatto centrale e senz’altro il più costoso), essendo in molti abbiamo potuto assaggiare svariati tagli e frollature sapore sotto la media ma ciò che più mi ha colpito è stata la cottura della carne altro che Maillard era praticamente carbonizzata esteriormente, io ad esempio avevo chiesto un tomahawk al sangue e mi è arrivato un pezzo di carne ancora gelido all’interno con una crosta nera bruciata di circa 4 mm, senza presunzione ma cercate di capire quale sia il problema. Carta dei vini estesa ma con qualche vino troppo rincarato. Non ci tornerei. We went to this place for a dinner with friends. I have nothing to complain about the staff in the dining room, they were too kind, maybe someone lacked experience but slowly you learn! The platter of charcuterie was excellent. Very tasty and "fresh" cured meats and cheeses. The sore point were the meats (the central dish and certainly the most expensive), since many of us were able to taste various cuts and maturings, flavor below average but what struck me most was the cooking of the meat other than Maillard it was practically charred on the outside, for example I had asked for a rare tomahawk and I received a piece of meat still cold inside with a burnt black crust of about 4 mm, without presumption but try to understand what the problem is. Extensive wine list but with some wines too expensive. I would not go there again.

Wish we had found it sooner! We were having a hard time with translation and they brought the chef out and he gave us his recommendations! My son and I had the ravioli and my husband had the pasta with pork and black truffles! Soooooo good! Can’t recommend this place enough!
