Estrema gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di entrambi i gestori (sono riusciti a darmi un appuntamento anche se avevo chiamato all'ultimo secondo durante il weekend), prodotti utilizzati ottimi, esperienza e qualità del lavoro di Tiziana sui miei capelli eccellente.
Tiziana listened to my requests regarding the haircut and was able to advise me the best. Perfect cut on very damaged hair, exactly how I wanted it and how I never thought I would ever get it!
Extreme kindness and availability on the part of both managers (they managed to give me an appointment even though I had called at the last second during the weekend), excellent products used, excellent experience and quality of Tiziana's work on my hair.
