★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salone molto bello, curato e ben strutturato e suddiviso negli spazi. Il personale è gentilissimo e in grado di ascoltare e di capire le tue esigenze. Mentre si occupano dei tuoi capelli hanno anche la carineria di offrire te, caffè e biscottino alla cliente. Una piccola coccola ma sempre molto carino come gesto. I costi sono in linea considerato il salone e i prodotti che usano che sono top di gamma essendo un punto Aveda. Decisamente consigliato
Very nice salon, well-kept and well structured and divided into spaces. The staff is very kind and able to listen and understand your needs. While they take care of your hair they also have the cuteness of offering you, coffee and biscuit to the customer. A little cuddle but always very nice as a gesture. The costs are in line considering the salon and the products they use which are top of the range being an Aveda point. Definitely recommended

Offrono un serfizio gratuito di consulenza prenotabile anche tramite whastapp che non è da tutti dando in questo modo al cliente un quadro completo sia del lavoro da svolgere che dei prezzi, quindi non ci si siede ignari di cosa accadrà e di quanto andrai a spendere. Una volta prenotato l'appuntamento, continuano a sorprendere con tisana e dolce per iniziare la seduta. Top! La mia personale esperienza è stata incredible perché sono riusciti a fare quello che mi serviva accontentando anche le mie richieste. Dalle foto si intuisce quanto il colore sia naturale e splendido. Mille complimenti a Rosie che è stata bravissima ? Il rapporto qualità prezzo è in linea secondo me, calcolando che ci sono parrucchieri che offrono meno o lo stesso con una resa finale scadente a cifre difficili da sostenere. Quindi non esitate, GLOSS è il meglio ???
I went back to the GLOSS guys after a first experience I had in 2019, which went splendidly since then. What can I say ... They were F A V O L O S I !!! They offer a free consultancy service that can also be booked through whastapp which is not for everyone, thus giving the customer a complete picture of both the work to be done and the prices, so you don't sit down unaware of what will happen and how much you are going to spend. Once the appointment is booked, they continue to surprise with herbal tea and dessert to start the session. Top! My personal experience was incredible because they managed to do what I needed while also satisfying my requests. From the photos it is clear how natural and splendid the color is. A thousand congratulations to Rosie who was very good ? The value for money is in line in my opinion, calculating that there are hairdressers who offer less or the same with a poor final result at figures that are difficult to sustain. So don't hesitate, GLOSS is the best ???
