As a private customer for a pipe I have not been treated very well, I understand that a plumber who goes to get supplies makes them earn more but courtesy must always be used with everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho comprato un deviatore di acqua per la doccia dopo aver portato in negozio il mio deviatore rotto in modo da farlo vedere e prenderene uno uguale, oggi ho ritirato il pezzo nuovo e solo a casa ho visto che gli agganci non andavano bene, ho subito telefonato al negozio e mi sono sentito dire "non mi interessa il pezzo te lo tieni non è un problema nostro, una volta battuto lo scontrino il pezzo te lo devi tenere".
Bad experience, I bought a water diverter for the shower after bringing my broken diverter to the store to show it and take one the same, today I picked up the new piece and only at home I saw that the hooks were not going well, I immediately phoned the shop and I heard "I don't care about the piece, you keep it, it's not our problem, once you beat the receipt, you have to keep the piece."
