S	Salvatore Paci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono già stato ospite di questa struttura nel 2018 e ricordo di essere tornato molto soddisfatto. Oggi sto tornando con una esperienza... diversa. Ritengo che in un resort nel quale paghi quasi 200 euro a notte non puoi offrire una copertura internet "a macchia di leopardo". Soprattutto se la zona è scarsamente fornita dai gestori telefonici (io e mia moglie avevamo 4 cellulari con due gestori differenti ma... nelle stanze non arrivava neanche una tacca per poter ricevere/telefonare). Assurda, poi, la fila per il checkout. Il motivo? Il POS non prendeva la rete e la receptionist era costretta, di volta in volta, a recarsi all'aperto per i pagamenti. Inoltre, formiche nella stanza, cassaforte con istruzioni errate (prima di provare personalmente, avevo sentito un inglese lamentarsi di questa cosa), poggia asciugamani che si staccano se fai una leggera pressione. Dispenser per la doccia scomodi (hai bisogno di due mani per far uscire il prodotto). Ho scelto le 4 stelle e non 3 perché: - il personale è gentilissimo; - le camere sono spaziose; - c'è una comoda parte antistante la camera con due sedie e un tavolino; - paesaggio (il verde dei campi da golf) bello. I have already been a guest of this structure in 2018 and I remember being back very satisfied. Today I'm returning with a ... different experience. I believe that in a resort where you pay almost 200 euros per night you cannot offer "patchy" internet coverage. Especially if the area is poorly supplied by telephone operators (my wife and I had 4 cell phones with two different operators but ... the rooms did not even reach a notch to be able to receive / call). The checkout line is absurd. The reason? The POS did not take the network and the receptionist was forced, from time to time, to go outside for payments. Also, ants in the room, safe with incorrect instructions (before trying myself, I had heard an Englishman complain about this thing), towel rests that come off if you press lightly. Uncomfortable shower dispensers (you need two hands to get the product out). I chose the 4 stars and not 3 because: - the staff is very kind; - the rooms are spacious; - there is a comfortable part in front of the room with two chairs and a table; - beautiful landscape (the green of the golf courses).

Personale di camera e colazione molto gentile, un pò meno le ragazze della reception, poco sorridenti e poco abituate a salutare. Ristorante medio passibile di miglioramento; SPA curata e buono il massaggio relax. We stayed at this property in late November. Discreet room, with not very recent bathroom, overlooking the golf course. Very kind room and breakfast staff, a little less than the girls at the reception, not very smiling and not used to greeting. Average restaurant subject to improvement; Well-finished SPA and good relaxation massage.

Prodotti per scarafaggi sparso ovunque. Pittura dei muri saltata Odore di muffe e di chiuso. Locale colazione non climatizzato e qualità da 2 stelle Ridotto in condizioni da Hotel Transilvania. Sporco Umido . Piscina frequentata da facinorosi senza che nessuno interviene. Pessimo mai più!!!!! What a 5 stars !!! It is a 3 Stalle Bad experience, I don't understand how it can be awarded 5 stars ... maybe 20 years ago Outdated TV says it all. Products for cockroaches scattered everywhere. Skipped wall painting Smell of mold and closed. Breakfast room without air conditioning and 2-star quality Reduced in condition from Hotel Transilvania. Dirty Wet. Pool frequented by troublemakers without anyone intervening. Bad ever again !!!!!
