Questa bontà la assaporiamo anche qui a casa nel nostro Friuli innevato nei mesi invernali con le cassette di Limoni ed Arance che ci inviano nel momento della loro maggiore dolcezza cosi possiamo godere della Sicilia anche quando ne siamo lontani. Grazie alla magnifica Sicilia e soprattutto alla famiglia Rio per i loro buonissimi prodotti. We also savor this goodness here at home in our snow-covered Friuli in the winter months with the boxes of lemons and oranges that they send us at the moment of their greatest sweetness so we can enjoy Sicily even when we are far from it. Abbiamo riscoperto i sapori della natura. E che dire degli agrumi.. Eccezionali. Da visitare anche per la grande cortesia e professionalità dei proprietari. The first time I came to the company I had guests for dinner. I wanted to prepare simple dishes based on vegetables and greens. The result was amazing !!! We have rediscovered the flavors of nature. And what about citrus fruits .. Exceptional. To visit also for the great courtesy and professionalism of the owners.

Avevo dimenticato il sapore della frutta. Non mi sono fermato qui ma ho continuato con il miele, l'olio di oliva e altri prodotti che oramai e' consuetudine consumare da questa azienda. Per farla breve siamo arrivati a riempire un camion e a dividerci periodicamente con i frequentatori della mia palestra questo tesoro che arriva dal sud, dall'Italia, da questa azienda familiare. It had been a long time since I tasted an orange, its aroma given off when peeled, then I tried with lemons and mandarins. I had forgotten the taste of fruit. I didn't stop here but I continued with honey, olive oil and other products that are now customary to consume by this company. In short, we got to fill a truck and periodically share this treasure that comes from the south, from Italy, from this family business with my gym-goers.
