★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 7 anni dal montaggio nei miei infissi oknoplast si è completamente distrutta la guarnizione e alcuni addirittura non si aprivano più.. ho contatto il mio vecchio fornitore ma non trattava più questo marchio e quindi non poteva aiutarmi per la garanzia.. quando ho contattato la ditta Martogli sono stati immediatamente disponibili per avviare la pratica di sostituzione in garanzia.. dopo poche settimane sono venuti a cambiarmi tutte le guarnizioni con il risultato di avere di nuovo tutti gli infissi perfetti! Grazie e complimenti!
After 7 years from the installation in my windows oknoplast the gasket was completely destroyed and some even did not open anymore .. I contacted my old supplier but he no longer dealt with this brand and therefore he could not help me with the guarantee .. when I contacted the Martogli company were immediately available to start the warranty replacement procedure .. after a few weeks they came to change all the gaskets with the result of having all the perfect fixtures again! Thanks and congratulations!
