Riceve senza appuntamento ma solitamente le attese non sono lunghe perché ci lavorano diversi parrucchieri ed estetiste. Il personale è professionale e gentile i prezzi sono buoni. Arrivo con una foto di un taglio medio scalato e ne esco con un taglio corto paro, nonostante avessi ribadito più volte di non farmi tagli pari che li odio. Inoltre a casa mi accorgo di un sacco di punte che escono e che ho dovuto sistemare da sola. Anche mentre "il tosatore" (non potrei chiamarlo in altro modo), mi asciugava i capelli mi accorgevo di ciuffi che fuoriuscivano e il tizio rideva facendo battute (si credeva simpatico), prendeva le forbici e tagliava la punta che usciva, così come veniva, senza nemmeno fare almeno finta di vedere se era para al resto dei capelli. Spesso ero io a fargli notare le imperfezioni. Meglio spendere qualche euro in più, ma mettersi in mano a persone qualificate e professionali. Non meritano manco mezza stella. I WOULD NOT EVEN GO BACK TO CLOSE THE DOG. Ma è la politica del negozio e quindi ci sta, la cosa grave infatti è che non si sa neanche quando c’è il personale?? fate i turni giornalmente, durante il pomeriggio vi organizzate per il giorno dopo?? ma una persona che vuole venire in negozio per un qualsiasi tipo di trattamento come fa ad organizzarsi? Ogni giorno bisogna chiamare per sapere se l’operatore che si occupa di uno specifico servizio è presente e in caso che orari ha, ma siete dei folli! Non è che un possibile cliente viene in negozio e si deve ACCONTENTARE dell’operatore che trova perché tanto uno vale l’altro!! Organizzatevi, perché tanto a giudicare dal 90% delle recensioni che avete sia qui che sui social questo “salone” ha vita breve, se non è già completamente spacciato. Potrei elencarne ancora di punti negativi, ma ci hanno già pensato gli altri a presentarveli.

Grazie a voi oggi, nel giorno della Befana abbiamo potuto fare un grande dono a qualcuno!!! Avete provato 4 volte a mettere lo smalto con il risultato che appena uscita dal vs salone avevo 2 unghie sbaffate.A detta di esperti se lo smalto non asciuga vuol che è VECCHIO e questi inutile lavoro è costato ben 20€. Inoltre tutti quel limare rovina la matrice delle unghie. Scusate se è poco. Don't go to this beauty salon! They have poor products and they ruin the nails. Non reputo sufficiente la competenza di chi mi ha fatto i capelli. Si vede che è una persona alle prime armi messo lì malgrado i limiti, ma la cosa scioccante è la rasatura approssimativa fatta con il timore di sbagliare, poi pessimo uso della forbice e del rasoio con cui ho richiesto le rifiniture della barba fatte a secco! Non mi era mai successo prima. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!

Non avevo richiesto alcun taglio e mentre la parrucchiera me li tagliava ho anche chiesto più volte se mi stesse Facendo un caschetto e lei ha negato ciò. Dopo questo sono tornato nel locale con la speranza di cercare di migliorare quello schifo che mi ritrovavo in testa. Non è la prima volta che succedono eventi di questo tipo, pertanto lo sconsiglio vivamente. I will never set foot in this place again.
