Alle 8.30 c'era già una fila di tre auto, dato che l'orario online era 30 minuti prima. Il gommista nonostante ciò, invece di cambiare l'orario online, ci ha aperto scocciato per la fila. Dovevamo far controllare una ruota, il gommista ha servito il cliente che è arrivato dopo di noi, che doveva fare un controllo di un full set di ruote e ci ha detto di attendere 10 minuti l'arrivo del suo collega. Abbiamo atteso fino alle 9 e il collega non era ancora arrivato. Il gommista presente ha risposto scocciato che non poteva farci nulla e di attendere.
