Igiene carente, norme anti-Covid neanche a parlarne, il bancone e la parte interna dello stesso ingombri di rifiuti e stoviglie sporche, le ordinazioni un'impresa sia a farle che a vedersele consegnare. A un certo punto la cassiera o titolare che fosse non ha fatto più neppure gli scontrini. Un locale del genere, situato in un posto turisticamente attraente come la Real Casina di Caccia e il Bosco di Ficuzza, meriterebbe una gestione più attenta e dinamica. Peccato. Fatti in economia e male. La commessa/cameriera era chiaramente scocciata di stare là: non ha salutato e ha preparato la roba tanto perchè doveva vendere. Niente sapone nè carta igienica in bagno. Calorie accumulate ingerendo roba scadente wuanto il servizio. Alla prossima ci porteremo la roba da casa. Desolation. Personale assolutamente incompetente: nonostante non ci fossero molti clienti, si sono scordati di portarci da bere e non sono riusciti a servire nemmeno una portata a tutti e tre contemporaneamente, abbiamo dovuto costantemente far notare che mancava qualcosa, niente pane o condimenti con l'insalata, niente parmigiano con la pasta e quando siamo arrivati in cassa non avevano idea di cosa avessimo ordinato né si ricordavano i prezzi dei piatti. Abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere lo scontrino. Il cibo in sé senza infamia e senza gloria. Bad service! Considerando la bellissima vista e i prezzi modici vi consiglio vivamente di fare una piacevole sosta in questo luogo. Vi invito vivamente ad andare altrove o meglio ancora portare il pranzo a sacco e godere dei bei picnic immersi nella natura. D	Diego augh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale sembra presentarsi bene, con una tettoia che in fronte dell'ingresso copre da sole e vento, il problema viene ordinando: sorvolando le dimenticanze dei camerieri e la disorganizzazione degli stessi, i prezzi sono, a mio parere, esorbitanti: 5 euro per un panino con la salsiccia fatto alla brace di fronte al locale, in aggiunta ad un coperto dal costo di ben un euro e cinquanta a persona (e per quanto mi riguarda, al tavolo dove ero seduto io con i miei genitori non erano neanche stati messi tovaglioli e bicchieri, portati solo sollecitando i camerieri e gli ultimi di plastica, posate non usate, tra l'altro). Insomma, prezzi troppo alti, per un servizio del genere.
