Tralasciando la cortesia del proprietario verso di me e altri clienti, mi ha sbalordito i modi maleducati e aggressivi nei confronti delle dipendenti in presenza di clientela.

Attenti al prezzo riferito, perché una volta arrivati in cassa, esso cambia in base al sentimento del venditore…
La prima volta che sono andata fingevano di non avere altri fiori sfusi a disposizione, per spingermi a comprare quelli rimasti in negozio, nonostante io volessi un’altra tipologia di cui avevano vasi pieni nel magazzino retrostante.
Senza considerare i prezzi esagerati e i tempi disumani.
La seconda e ultima volta che sono andata ho chiesto ad una commessa il prezzo di una rosa (3,50€), lei l’ha automaticamente data al venditore senza miei consensi e lui, non avendo gradito il fatto che non avessi bisogno di decori o altro, mi ha letteralmente detto “Sono 5€, san Valentino ha alzato i prezzi”.
Vergognosi. E che sia chiaro che sarebbero ZERO stelle, se non ci fosse l’obbligo di metterne almeno una.
