★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento per un sopralluogo, non si è presentato nessuno e soprattutto non hanno nemmeno avvisato.
Si sono scusati perchè hanno avuto un imprevisto... ci sta, il non avvisare NO!
Appuntamento rimandato al giorno successivo.
Preventivo dopo 20 giorni non pervenuto.
Chiamo e mi dicono di mandare una mail per memo... ancora niente!
Richiamo dopo 2 giorni, mi dicono... richiami nel pomeriggio alle 15:00 che sono davanti al PC e le invio il preventivo.
Alla 4 volta che provo a chiamare, mi risponde un'altra persona dicendomi... mi ricorda per cosa chiama?
Quando si ha troppo da fare, cosa intelligente per non far perdere tempo a nessuno sarebbe quello di dire... non possiamo.
Disorganizzatissimi!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono avvalso di I.E. per installazione di una canna fumaria, alla prima pulizia la stessa si e' staccata in quanto era fissata al soffitto con silicone, innondando la casa di fuliggine. Immediatamente chiamo I.E. i quali vengono a visionare il problema con la promessa di venire al piu presto per ripristinare, ma a distanza di 3 mesi a inverno inoltrato e dopo innumerevoli chiamate nn si sono piu fatti trovare.. risultato: Lavoro pessimo e pericoloso, azienda inaffidabile e il propietario non di parola.. sconsiglio
I made use of I.E. for the installation of a flue, at the first cleaning it came off as it was fixed to the ceiling with silicone, flooding the house with soot. I immediately call I.E. who come to see the problem with the promise to come as soon as possible to restore, but after 3 months in late winter and after countless calls they are no longer found .. result: Bad and dangerous job, unreliable company and the non-speaking owner .. I do not recommend
