Quando sono in zona è diventata una sosta irrinunciabile per le sue paste e torte. Ingredienti di prima qualità ed attenzione al dettaglio producono risultati di primo piano. Le paste e i biscotti tradizionali si affiancano ad alcuni prodotti piu fantasiosi. Da provare la torta di mele ripiena di confettura di albicocche. Una festa di sapori e consistenze assolutamente complementari; perfetta per un fine pasto o per una tazza di te. Il personale, sempre affabile, è disponibile per consigli e assaggi. Ampia disponibiltà per ordinazioni e personalizzazioni (ho ordinato varie torte e vassoi, mai deluso!) Per finire, prezzi competitivi. Assolutamente da provare. Small artisan pastry shop not far from the center of Buja, (20 minutes drive from Udine). When I am in the area it has become an indispensable stop for its pastas and cakes. Top quality ingredients and attention to detail produce outstanding results. Traditional pastas and biscuits are paired with some more imaginative products. Try the apple pie filled with apricot jam. A feast of absolutely complementary flavors and textures; perfect for a meal or a cup of tea. The friendly staff is available for advice and tastings. Wide availability for orders and customizations (I ordered various cakes and trays, never disappointed!) Finally, competitive prices. Absolutely to try.
