Dopo 1h,30 di attesa mi hanno mandato via perché, pur con appuntamento, non riuscivano ad effettuare servizio. Molto scortesi, di certo non organizzati. Experience not to be repeated. Rispettano l'orario di app.to e non ti ritrovi ad aspettare, cosa per me importante visto che abito fuori roma. I have been going to them for 5 years, I always found a lot of availability and seriousness towards the customer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They respect the app.to time and you don't find yourself waiting, which is important for me as I live outside Rome.

Detto questo, mi piace sottolineare che il titolare e lo staff sono di rara gentilezza e grande professionalità, peraltro, costantemente aggiornati. Un luogo dove farsi coccolare e dal quale si esce sempre bellissime! I totally disagree with the opinion of Mrs. Loreti; I have been attending this superlative hairdresser for about twenty years and have always worked, exclusively, by appointment, therefore, it is impossible to have created the situation that this alleged client describes. That said, I like to emphasize that the owner and the staff are of rare kindness and great professionalism, moreover, constantly updated. A place to be pampered and from which you always come out beautiful!
