Z	Zanotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotiamo un tavolo per le 9:45 e ci fanno sedere alle 10:15 . Dopo 5 min ordiniamo arrosticini di vario tipo , compresi arrosticini con le cipolle che in Abruzzo non ho mai sentito, formaggi fritti con tartufo e classici . Dopo 45 min arrivano i formaggi fritti che ci manca lo zucchero per sembrare dolci ( immangiabili ,freddi e dolci ).Successivamente arrivano 30 arrosticini per 9 persone e mi sono chiesto così pochi dove li hanno cotti sopra la fornacella ?Nonostante ciò erano buoni mentre gli arrosticini di fegato erano crudi e quelli con le cipolle sono rimasto senza parole . Il prezzo accettabile 25 € per 9 persone . Il locale situato nel centro di Tortoreto alto gode di un ottima posizione , i camerieri sono stati bravissimi . Le mie due stelle vanno al personale e alla posizione . Per concludere con mio grande rammarico è un ristorante per turisti. Ah dimentico gli arrosticini sono sempre accompagnati da pane abbrustolito e olio .(Grave dimenticanza ) We reserve a table for 9:45 am and they seat us at 10:15 am. After 5 min we order various kinds of kebabs, including kebabs with onions that I've never heard in Abruzzo, fried cheeses with truffles and classics. After 45 min the fried cheeses arrive that we lack sugar to look sweet (inedible, cold and sweet) Next came 30 skewers for 9 people and I wondered where they cooked them over the fornacella? Nevertheless they were good while the liver skewers were raw and the ones with onions I was speechless. The acceptable price 25 € for 9 people. The restaurant located in the center of Tortoreto Alto enjoys an excellent position, the waiters were very good. My two stars go to the staff and the location. To conclude to my great regret it is a tourist restaurant. Oh I forget the arrosticini are always accompanied by toasted bread and oil. (Serious forgetfulness)
P	Paolo Clementi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già di per sé Tortoreto alto merita una visita perché è un bel borgo, oltretutto al centro c'è questa piazza con un paio di strade piene di locali. Fra questi i Compari del Barone dove si mangia veramente bene. Ottimo l'antipasto caldo del Barone (le cipolle da lacrimuccia), il classico formaggio fritto e poi ovviamente gli arrosticini. Noi abbiamo scelto i medi, ottima carne, ottima cottura. Bravi e svelti i ragazzi, lo staff tutto molto simpatico. Tortoreto alto itself is worth a visit because it is a beautiful village, plus in the center there is this square with a couple of streets full of clubs. Among these are the Compari del Barone where you eat really well. Excellent hot appetizer of the Baron (the onions from lacrimuccia), the classic fried cheese and then of course the arrosticini. We chose the medium, excellent meat, excellent cooking. The guys were good and quick, the staff were all very nice.
