M	Michele Stragapede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con la mia macchina da caffè che seppur ancora in garanzia ho contattato il fornitore delle capsule, che con estrema disponibilità, competenza e professionalità si è reso disponibile alla sostituzione gratuita, immediata (meno di 24 ore) ed in numero superiore alle capsule restituite (restituite 80 in cambio ne ho ricevute 100), con una qualità di capsule diversa, ma rivelatasi ottima alla risoluzione del mio problema. Consiglio vivamente e tornerò di certo ad acquistare da loro. I had a problem with my coffee machine which, although still under warranty, I contacted the supplier of the capsules, who with extreme availability, competence and professionalism made himself available for free, immediate replacement (less than 24 hours) and in numbers greater than capsules returned (returned 80 in exchange I received 100), with a different quality of capsules, but proved to be excellent in solving my problem. I highly recommend and will certainly be back to buy from them.

Ho acquistato le cialde aromatizzate al cioccolato, al pistacchio, al ginseng, all'amaretto e all'orzo. Non si sente assolutamente il sapore di nessuno di questi gusti, il caffè è praticamente annacquato e per quanto riguarda le cialde all'orzo sono mezze vuote, chiuse male e anche in questo caso non c'è sapore di orzo. Sembra uscire acqua sporca con un po' di schiuma...una delusione totale. Nothing to say about the expedition which was very fast, less than 24 hours but the coffee is really bad. I bought the chocolate, pistachio, ginseng, amaretto and barley flavored waffles. You absolutely do not taste the taste of any of these flavors, the coffee is practically watered down and as regards the barley pods they are half empty, badly closed and also in this case there is no barley flavor. Seems to come out of dirty water with some foam ... a total disappointment.
