Oggi è una villa privata con ricco giardino ed una grande sala ricevimenti. La Signora di casa, Teresa Scarpa, è una donna creativa, vitale ed accogliente che riesce ad interpretare con gusto le esigenze diverse per banchetti, eventi di gala, matrimoni e ricevimenti in generale, ma anche meeting per appassionati di enogastronomia. Io sono uno di questi ultimi ed amo molto organizzare incontri con colleghi, amici e pubblico per bere insieme del buon vino e degustare prodotti tipici regionali in un'atmosfera unica. Particularly fascinating historical location because it preserves the signs of the bourgeois houses of the mid-1800s. Today it is a private villa with a rich garden and a large reception room. The Lady of the house, Teresa Scarpa, is a creative, vital and welcoming woman who manages to tastefully interpret the different needs for banquets, gala events, weddings and receptions in general, but also meetings for food and wine enthusiasts. I am one of the latter and I love organizing meetings with colleagues, friends and the public to drink good wine together and taste typical regional products in a unique atmosphere.

Ma le sale non dispongono di aria condizionata, hanno uno stile che dimostra tutti gli anni che sono passati, e soprattutto per una location di eventi non è sostenibile avere un solo bagno per genere/piano e non disporre nemmeno di un seggiolone per bambini. The location has very beautiful and characteristic green spaces, especially on fine days. But the rooms do not have air conditioning, they have a style that shows all the years that have passed, and especially for an event location it is not sustainable to have only one bathroom per type / floor and not even have a high chair for children.
