★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina non all'altezza per quanto riguarda la parte elettronica dell'auto, hanno dimostrato totale incompetenza in merito. hanno preteso il pagamento salato della manodopera senza aver risolto il problema che successivamente ha risolto l'elettrauto in dieci minuti ad un prezzo più che onesto.
Workshop not up to par with regard to the electronic part of the car, they have shown total incompetence in this regard. they demanded the high payment of labor without having solved the problem which subsequently solved the electrician in ten minutes at a more than honest price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, siccome avevamo un problema alla nostra auto, abbiamo preso l'appuntamento per far vedere perché la spiaggia del guasto motore, fosse accessa. Siamo andati, con tanta gentilezza ci hanno accolto, chiesto quale fosse il problema e ci hanno chiesto di attendere il giusto tempo per far un check alla macchina. Nel frattempo, il titolare, mi ha offerto un buonissimo caffè, del quale ringrazio, ancora. Finito il controllo all'auto che, non era che solo un'anomalia del computer di bordo, ci hanno detto che era tutto a posto! Voglio dire che, sono stati molto cortesi dall'inizio alla fine e anche competenti. Grazie mille alla concessionaria #Ruga!
Today, as we had a problem with our car, we made an appointment to show why the engine fault beach was open. We went, with such kindness they welcomed us, asked what the problem was and asked us to wait the right time to check the car. In the meantime, the owner offered me a very good coffee, for which I thank again. After checking the car, which was just a fault in the on-board computer, we were told that everything was fine! I mean, they were very courteous from start to finish and also competent. Thanks a lot to the #Ruga dealership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon servizio soprattutto tutti molto cortesi. Ho preso a noleggio una utilitaria per una settimana. La macchinanin sé non è stata proprio un granché perché era di fine anni '90 e con qualche problema (chiedetene una nuova o almeno recente) ma il prezzo è stato onesto( ho portato la macchina con mezzo serbatoio pieno e mi è stato decurtato dal costo totale). Tutti sono stati davvero molto gentili e mi è stato perfino offerto un caffè dal Signor Ruga
Good service especially all very courteous. I hired a small car for a week. The car itself was not really that great because it was from the late 90s and with some problems (ask for a new one or at least a recent one) but the price was fair (I brought the car with half a full tank and I was deducted from the cost total). Everyone was very kind and I was even offered a coffee by Mr. Ruga
