Ho richiesto vari interventi alla mia bici, dalla semplice regolazione dei treni fino al cambio catena, e sono sempre Stati molto veloci e soprattutto onestissimi con i prezzi. Stra-consigliato! Il più delle volte resta qualche problemino, dovuto più che altro all'enorme mole di lavoro... Non mi sento di criticare ma neanche 5 stelle. The owner and spouse are very nice, the works are done quickly, not exactly scrupulously but at really fair prices. Most of the time there are a few problems, mainly due to the enormous amount of work ... I don't feel like criticizing but not even 5 stars.

Per fortuna in questo store hanno un'assistenza con personale competente e cortese in 5 minuti hanno sostituito la camera d'aria facendomi addirittura credito, gentilissimi. Tornerò per fare la manutenzione alla mia bike e scegliere qualche accessorio o abbigliamento mtb. LUGLIO 2020!!!! mi hanno detto che se avessi voluto rescindere dal contratto mi avrebbero restituito circa il 50% di quanto da me pagato! I'm scandalous, I bought two Atala MTBs back in July 2020 paying for them in full and they haven't been delivered to me yet! JULY 2020 !!!! they told me that if I wanted to terminate the contract they would give me back about 50% of what I paid!

Dopo il gonfiaggio delle gomme, ho comprato un cestino e una catena. I prodotti sembrano buoni. Il personale è gentile. Sicuramente tornerò in questo negozio per ulteriori acquisti. The staff is nice. I will definitely come back to this shop for more shopping.
