★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi altissimi e roba contraffatta , vendono borse false e a quanto so non si potrebbe fare almeno in Italia anche se gli regalano questi articoli vanno distrutti non rivenduti a dei prezzi assurdi, ho contattato l’ufficio per email per segnalare ciò e mi hanno risposto dopo giorni dicendomi che mi metteranno in contatto con chi del dovere… sto ancora aspettando una loro risposta ! Assistenza inesistente .
 Very high prices and counterfeit stuff, they sell fake bags and as far as I know it could not be done at least in Italy even if they are given these items as a gift they must be destroyed and not resold at absurd prices, I contacted the office by email to report this and they replied to me after days telling me that they will put me in contact with those in duty ... I'm still waiting for their answer! Assistance nonexistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione centrale e l’ordine dei capi, suddivisi per tipologia e colori sono i punti forti del negozio. Ma si merita 2 stelle perché i prezzi rasentano la follia, i capi sono spesso in buone condizioni ma assolutamente non vintage e non pregiati, si trovano di frequente robe di poliestere, acrilico no brand a 20/30 euro. Immagino che nessuno acquisti quindi di sovente ci sono promozioni 30%, 50% e 5 euro e 3 euro tutto, che mirano a svuotare il negozio per riproporre nuovi capi. Credo anche che prima delle promozioni venga rimosso tutto ciò che è di marca, poiché non mi è mai capito di vedere pezzi firmati in selezione. Il concept è sicuramente diverso da quello del classico Humana tedesco, quindi non aspettatevi due tre piani pieni di roba a pochi euro.
The central position and the order of the items, divided by type and colors, are the strong points of the store. But it deserves 2 stars because the prices border on madness, the garments are often in good condition but absolutely not vintage and not precious, you can often find polyester stuff, acrylic no brand for 20/30 euros. I imagine that no one buys so often there are promotions 30%, 50% and 5 euros and 3 euros all, which aim to empty the shop to propose new items. I also believe that before the promotions everything that is branded is removed, as it never occurred to me to see designer pieces in selection. The concept is certainly different from that of the classic German Humana, so don't expect two or three floors full of stuff for a few euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little shop in the centre of Bologna. It's nice to see shops that offer second-hand items. Although I like the concept, I find that this location doesn't recycle its clothes enough. It might be because of covid, but I've been there three times, and much of the clothing didn't change from one time to another. They also tends to have very old and large clothes for men (I get that this probably reflects who donates)
