When I showed up to my appointment, they had me sit and wait (which I had no problem with since I was early) But half an hour passed after my scheduled time and I was still sitting there waiting. I called the Hs Beauty on via Cesare Pascarella and made an appointment with them instead. I’ve been living here for a while, and have always gone to HS Beauty. They’re very specific when it comes to scheduling appointments. I thought I’d try this location since it was next to my school but left very disappointed. Definitely recommend the HS Beauty on Via Cesare Pascarella. They’re a lot more organized and it is way nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good pedicure and waxing experience here. The prices are fair. Unfortunately they don’t use hard wax (my preference) however the strip wax is fine and doesn’t bother my skin. The staff are nice and professional and it’s clean and sanitary inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here 3 times in the past and this time was by far the worst. They cut my cuticle 3 times to the point it made me bleed. She didn’t show me the color options simply asked what color and when I said red, she whipped out a bright red that I hated and just painted away. I don’t speak Italian but I could hear a little of the gossip she told her coworker about me. Nails turned out shorter and messy.Terrible experience overall this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not easy to find a good beauty center where the nail job is done properly. This place never failed me. They have good manicure and pedicure artists. They offer different variations of manicure. You may do one week nail polish, 14-day lasting one or gel which is good for one month. Especially when it comes to gel, it is a tricky treatment which may start peeling if done badly. This place guarantees no mistakes. It is neat. thry use good products. The staff is professional. It works with appointments. They offer massage or skin treatments as well but never tried. However, it is a very popular shop in the neighborhood and appointments need to be done well advance especially for gel.
