Una vacanza rovinata dalla scortesia incommensurabile nonché dal fare minaccioso e poco raccomandabile del proprietario. Anche se in ritardo ci tenevo a rilasciare la mia recensione! How to ruin the image of an entire town! A vacation ruined by the immeasurable rudeness as well as the threatening and disreputable behavior of the owner. Although late I wanted to release my review!
M	Marisa Visconti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da non ripetere ; totale mancanza di professionalità ed estrema superficialità: fuga di gas ( cucina con bombola ) che ha creato uno stato d'ansia,abbiamo chiamato il gestore dell'agenzia ma non si è minimamente attivato perché era sabato!!!! Il problema si è risolto ,dopo due giorni,solo con la venuta dei vigili del fuoco chiamati da noi che hanno tolto la bombola! Inoltre non ci é stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta fiscale del pagamento dell'appartamento avvenuto in contanti ( hanno detto che il pos era rotto ! ) Experience not to be repeated; total lack of professionalism and extreme superficiality: gas leak (kitchen with cylinder) which created a state of anxiety, we called the manager of the agency but he was not activated at all because it was Saturday !!!! The problem was solved, after two days, only with the arrival of the firefighters called by us who removed the cylinder! Furthermore, we have not been issued any tax receipt for the payment of the apartment in cash (they said that the pos was broken!)
